Shipping and Payment

We deliver to over 200 countries and regions worldwide. Deliveries are made in discreet packaging as neutral parcels. Our shipping partners are DHL and DPD.

Within Germany, we also ship parcels and merchandise shipments to DHL Packstations. If you wish to have the delivery sent to a DHL Packstation, please provide the relevant information as an additional alternative shipping address.

To ensure the smooth delivery of your shipment and to allow DHL or DPD to contact you if necessary, we will provide your email address and phone number to DHL or DPD.

Shipping costs are determined by the shipping method, weight, and destination country. After entering your address during the purchasing process, you will be presented with the available shipping options from which you can choose. This way, you decide on the amount of your shipping costs.

A parcel always provides insured shipping for your goods as well as tracking. You can always see in real-time where your parcel was last scanned. For international shipments, your parcel will be transported by air freight to ensure it arrives quickly.

The DHL merchandise post is a shipping option we offer for orders with a shipping weight of up to 1 kg. The goods are not insured, which means that neither DHL nor we can be held liable for any damage in the event of loss, and we cannot refund your invoice amount. The tracking provided by DHL only shows the scans that DHL deems relevant. Therefore, you can only get a rough idea of where your shipment is currently located. Your merchandise shipment will be transported by sea for international deliveries and may take up to three months to arrive.

We charge a flat fee of EUR 10.00 for returns within Germany. International returns will be invoiced individually.

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components.

You can choose from all common payment methods with us. amazonPay and PayPal offer you the convenient option to complete your order with just one click directly from the shopping cart. We will then ship to the address stored in your amazon account or PayPal account. When using the payment methods amazonPay or PayPal, the well-known buyer protection also applies to you with us.

If we do not receive a payment within five days of your order, your order will be automatically canceled.
